Our check engine light went on so we brought car in for service and a sensor was ordered.When part came in, found out that wrong part was ordered after waiting for 2 hours.
When correct part came in, waited 1.5 hours before it got installed (this is with having an appointment). My husband did not open the hood for several months and when he did, he found that the engine cover was missing. He called and spoke to Robert Elder about getting it replaced, but said that he would have the Service Manager, Jerry Booker call us. Mr.
Booker never called and my husband tried calling him several times and never got through. My husband called customer affairs, was given a case number, and when the person researched it, Jerry Booker told her no service was done on our car.
This was a lie as we have the documentation showing that we paid $432.51 for the service.We then made a complaint through the Better Business Bureau, but Nissan of Athens never responded to them.
